Permit Coordinator – What you will need: Must be resourceful and able to troubleshoot and communicate any identified issues independently Must be highly organized and punctual Ability to understand, read, and comprehend contract documents, plans, and specifications Ability to stay organized and maintain project records Well organized and able to meet aggressive timelines Desire and commitment to working safely, at all times Solid teamwork capabilities and willingness to do what is needed to get the job done Willingness to learn, grow and always be improving Focus on customer service, consistent production and meeting project deadlines Presentable to and highly engaging with clients, holding the clients’ perspective to the highest regard Valid Driver’s License required Previous OSHA and/or NABCEP training, a plus!
